My design process and client process. The way I create processes to keep all my projects organized.
I only take on one client at a time because I want to focus completely on one design project at a time. Depending on which package you choose, it takes me about 3-4 weeks to complete a design project. Below is my design project timeframe for each package.
Asana is my favorite project management tool so it makes sense that I would use Asana for my client process. It’s a quick and easy project management tool that I rely on for most of my business needs. Because of this, it became a tool that I wanted to use for all my design projects.
